What We Do
LCK Construction LLC is an interior remodeling contractor based in Snellville, Georgia, serving residential and commercial property owners across Metro Atlanta. We focus on interior work: changing the look of a home to a modern style without touching structure.
Most of the houses we work in were built between the 1970s and the early 2000s. The framing is fine. The finishes are what make the house feel dated. Popcorn ceilings, builder-grade trim, worn carpet, oak everything. All of that is fixable.
How We Work
The part that matters most happens before demo. We prep the house with a lot of detail prior to starting any work, protecting flooring and furniture, because you still have to live there while the project runs.
We also work with the budget the homeowner actually has. Some things have to be addressed right away and some can wait. Rather than hand over one number and walk if it does not fit, we help you decide the order. And we stay involved on product selection, because picking flooring and tile is something most people do once a decade.
How We Operate

We self-perform
Drywall, paint, carpentry, flooring, and tile are all done by our own crew. Subcontracting is where schedules slip and accountability disappears.
