About Interior Remodeling
Interior remodeling is the process of updating the finished surfaces and layout of an existing space rather than building new. LCK Construction LLC self-performs drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and tile, which means one crew carries a project from demo to final clean.
Most homes we work on were built between the 1970s and the early 2000s. The bones are fine. The finishes are dated. Popcorn ceilings, builder-grade trim, worn carpet, and beige-on-beige paint are what make a house feel old, and all of them are fixable without touching structure.

A single room is typically one to two weeks. A whole-home update runs three to eight weeks depending on square footage and how many trades are involved. You get a schedule with the estimate.
In most cases yes. We contain the work area with dust barriers and keep pathways clear. Full-home flooring or a kitchen with no functioning sink are the two cases where homeowners usually stay elsewhere for a few days.
