Scope of Work
- Existing tub and surround removed, framing inspected
- Blocking added for bench and future grab bar
- Cement backer board and full waterproofing membrane installed
- Pan, curb, corners, and niche waterproofed and flood tested
- Large-format wall tile with mosaic niche accent
- Surrounding drywall repaired and bathroom repainted
Why It Was Done This Way
The existing footprint and plumbing locations worked as-is, which kept the project cost well below a full bathroom gut.
